摘　　要：本文列举了装配式住宅管线分离技术应用中的设备机房地面架空系统、天花板架空、地面架空、墙面架空系统等不同方法来实现管线分离的技术应用,同时结合工程案例对装配式住宅管线分离技术SI体系进行了应用分析。In this paper,different methods of pipeline separation technology such as ground overhead system,ceiling overhead system,ground overhead system and wall overhead system are listed to realize pipeline separation in the prefabricated residential buildings.At the same time,combined with engineering cases,the application analysis of SI system of pipeline separation technology in prefabricated residential buildings is carried out.
