装配式技术与住宅户型设计的细节研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济实力的提高,建筑的发展模式逐渐趋向工业化,大力发展装配式建筑,有效提高建筑的质量,延长住宅建筑的使用期限和寿命,同时实现建筑的节能、环保,是对未来住宅建筑设计的基本要求。本文介绍了装配式建筑的特点,并对装配式技术与住宅户型设计进行细节性的说明,对于装配式技术在住宅户型设计方面的研究具有重要意义。With the improvement of economic strength,the building development mode is gradually developing to the industrialization mode.Vigorously developing prefabricated buildings,effectively improving the quality of buildings,prolonging the service life of residential buildings,and realizing energy-saving and environmental protection of buildings are the basic requirements for future residential building design.This paper introduces the characteristics of prefabricated building,and illustrates the assembly technology and residential unit design in detail,which is of great significance for the research of prefabricated technology in residential unit design.
