摘  要:大体积混凝土易出现裂缝,绝大部分裂缝是由于混凝土内外温度的变化所引起。针对此类问题,在施工过程中,通过提高粉煤灰的掺量、控制原材料的温度以降低出机温度、利用试验块分析混凝土内外温度的变化情况、采用不满载运输缩短混凝土在搅拌车中的时间以及在浇注完成后及时保温保湿覆盖养护等方面进行控制,减少了混凝土温度裂缝的出现,取得了良好的效果,可为同类工程提供借鉴。Mass concrete is prone to cracks.Most of the cracks are caused by the change of internal and external temperature of concrete.To solve such problems,in the construction process,by increasing the content of fly ash,controlling the temperature of raw materials to reduce the temperature of concrete at the discharge hole,using test blocks to analyze the change of the internal and external temperature of concrete,using not full load transportation to shorten the time of concrete in the mixing truck and timely covering concrete with heat and moisture insulation measures,so as to reduce the occurrence of temperature cracks in concrete and obtain good results,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
