摘　　要：介绍了喷枪按钮的结构特点;设计了带滑块抽芯的一模多腔的注塑模;结合所选树脂流动特性设计了排气系统;设计了单支推管顶出,改善了塑件包紧力大对产品形状的影响。模具结构简单、可靠性好、经济实用,为同类塑件的模具设计提供了参考。This paper introduces the structural characteristics of the spray gun button,designs a multi-cavity injection mold with slider core pulling,designs an exhaust system combined with the flow characteristics of the selected resin,designs a single push pipe ejection,and improves the influence of the large packing force on the product shape.The mold structure is simple,reliable,economical and practical,which provides a reference for the mold design of similar plastic parts.
