摘  要:针对某厂600 MW锅炉末级过热器异种钢处发生爆管事故,通过宏观检查、力学检测、管道尺寸检测、金相分析等方法,分析了末级过热器异种钢焊口出现爆管的原因。为解决末级过热器异种钢焊口泄露问题,对末级过热器异种钢焊口位置进行改造,改造后末级过热器异种钢焊口处未发生爆管现象,增强锅炉安全可靠运行。In view of the tube explosion accident at the dissimilar steel of the final superheater of a 600MW boiler in a factory,the causes of tube explosion at the dissimilar steel weld of the final superheater were analyzed through macro inspection,mechanical inspection,pipeline size inspection,metallographic analysis,etc.In order to solve the leakage problem ofthe dissimilar steel welding port of the last-stage superheater,the location of the dissimilar steel welding port of the last-stage superheater was transformed.After the transformation,notube explosion occurred at the dissimilar steel welding port of the last-stage superheater,enhancing the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
