琥珀酸亚铁治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析琥珀酸亚铁治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法:选择本院小儿缺铁性贫血患儿共100例,数字表随机分两组,每组50例,对照组给予硫酸亚铁治疗,观察组采取琥珀酸亚铁治疗。比较两组精神欠佳、食欲差、脸色苍白症状消失时间,以及治疗前后患儿血液学指标血清铁蛋白和血红蛋白情况、总有效率、不良反应。结果:观察组精神欠佳、食欲差、脸色苍白症状消失时间早于对照组,治疗后患儿血液学指标血清铁蛋白和血红蛋白情况高于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应出现率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:琥珀酸亚铁对于小儿缺铁性贫血的治疗效果确切,可有效升高血清铁蛋白和血红蛋白,减少不良反应,安全性更高,值得推广和应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Ferrous Succinate in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children.Method:A total of 100 children with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups by the number table,50 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with Ferrous Sulfate,and the drug used in the observation group was Ferrous Succinate.The time to disappear of symptoms of poor mental health,poor appetite,pale complexion,blood serum ferritin and hemoglobin,total effective rate,and adverse reactions before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Result:The disappearance time of symptoms of poor spirits,poor appetite and pale complexion in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group.After treatment,the blood serum ferritin and hemoglobin of the children were higher than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ferrous Succinate has a definite therapeutic effect on iron deficiency anemia in children.It can effectively increase serum ferritin and hemoglobin,reduce adverse reactions,and has higher safety.It is worthy of promotion and application.
