摘　　要：目的:研究优化药物疗法联合血压监测干预对轻度睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者晨峰血压的控制效果。方法:将本院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的轻度SAS患者84例纳入研究。将其按照随机数字表法分成联合组和对照组,每组42例。对照组予以常规药物疗法干预,联合组则予以优化药物疗法联合血压监测干预。比较两组干预前后血压晨峰的平均收缩压、平均舒张压及平均动脉压、不良反应发生情况、患者满意度。结果:干预后联合组血压晨峰时的平均收缩压、舒张压及动脉压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化药物疗法联合血压监测干预对轻度SAS患者晨峰血压的控制效果较佳,同时有利于降低不良反应发生风险,提高患者满意度。Objective:To study the control effect of optimized drug therapy combined with blood pressure monitoring intervention on morning peak blood pressure in patients with mild sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Method:A total of 84 mild SAS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were included in the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the combined group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine drug therapy,while the combined group was treated with optimized drug therapy combined with blood pressure monitoring intervention.The mean systolic pressure,mean diastolic pressure,mean arterial pressure of the morning peak blood pressure before and after intervention,the occurrence of adverse reactions and the patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The mean systolic pressure,mean diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The patients’satisfaction in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimized drug therapy combined with blood pressure monitoring intervention has a better effect on the control of morning peak blood pressure in patients with mild SAS.At the same time,it is beneficial to reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve patients’satisfaction.
