摘　　要：目的:探索PDCA循环护理模式在白血病PICC置管患者中的应用价值。方法:以2018年2月-2020年2月收治的135例白血病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规护理组(对照组,66例)和PDCA循环护理组(PDCA组,69例)。研究的主要指标为一次性置管成功率、PICC置管时间、置管期间并发症发生率。结果:PDCA组一次性穿刺成功率为95.65%(66/69),对照组为84.85%(56/66),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.546,P=0.033)。PDCA组患者置管时长为(142.2±15.3)d,对照组为(133.1±14.5)d,差异有统计学意义(t=3.544,P<0.001)。PDCA组术后并发症发生率为11.59%(8/69),对照组为25.76%(17/66),差异有统计学意义(X^(2)=4.495,P=0.034)。结论:PDCA循环护理模式可以有效提高白血病患者PICC置管一次性穿刺成功率,延长PICC置管时间,并降低并发症的发生率,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application value of PDCA cyclic nursing model in Leukemia patients with PICC catheterization.Method:A total of 135 leukemia patients admitted from February 2018 to February 2020 as the research objects were divided into routine care group(control group,66 cases)and PDCA cyclic care group(PDCA group,69 cases)according to the random number.The main indicators of the study were the success rate of one-time catheterization,the indwelling time of PICC,and the incidence of complications during catheterization.Result:The success rate of one-time catheterization in the PDCA group was 95.65%(66/69)and the control group was 84.85%(56/66),the difference was statistically significant(X^(2)=4.546,P=0.033).The indwelling time of PICC was(142.2±15.3)days in the PDCA group and(133.1±14.5)days in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.544,P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the PDCA group was 11.59%(8/69),and the control group was 25.76%(17/66),the difference was statistically significant(X^(2)=4.495,P=0.034).Conclusion:The PDCA cycle nursing model can effectively improve the success rate of PICC catheterization in leukemia patients,prolong the PICC catheterization time,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of popularization and application.
