布地奈德和孟鲁司特治疗轻度持续性哮喘的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨布地奈德和孟鲁司特在治疗轻度持续性哮喘的临床实践中的效果差异。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月本院临床收治的轻度持续性哮喘患者100例为研究对象,随机分成研究组(给予布地奈德治疗)和对照组(给予孟鲁司特治疗),每组50例。对两组患者治疗前后的血清基质金属蛋白酶、炎性因子、肺功能通气指标和总有效率进行观察和比较。结果:治疗后,研究组的MMP-2和MMP-3指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的IL-17和IL-33指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的FEV1和PEF均优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德能够有效改善轻度持续性哮喘患者的血清基质金属蛋白酶、炎性因子和肺功能通气指标,显著提升治疗总有效率,与孟鲁司特相比的临床比较优势明显。Objective:To investigate the effect difference between Budesonide and Montelukast in the treatment of mild persistent asthma.Method:From March 2019 to March 2020,100 patient with mild persistent asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into study group (treated with Budesonide) and control group (treated with Montelukast),with 50 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,The serum matrix metalloproteinase,inflammatory factors,pulmonary function ventilation index and total effective rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the MMP-2 and MMP-3 indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05),the IL-17 and IL-33 indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05),the FEV1 and PEF of the study group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05),the total effective rate of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide can effectively improve the serum matrix metalloproteinase,inflammatory factors and pulmonary function ventilation indexes of patient with mild persistent asthma,and significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment,which has obvious clinical comparative advantage compared with Montelukast.
