经阴道超声检测子宫内膜及动脉血流对不孕症的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声检测子宫内膜及动脉血流对不孕症的诊断价值。方法:抽取2018年2月-2019年3月收治的44例不孕症患者为观察组,选择同期入院进行体检的43例健康育龄女性为对照组,两组均行经阴道超声检查,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、动脉血流情况差异。结果:病理结果诊断观察组子宫内膜异常39例,经阴道超声诊断出36例,诊断准确率为92.31%;观察组月经周期第10、15、22天子宫内膜厚度均较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组月经周期第10、15、22天的PSV均较对照组低,观察组月经周期第10、15、22天的PI、RI、S/D均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声检测子宫内膜及动脉血流在不孕症患者中诊断价值较高,诊断准确率较高,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in detecting endometrial and arterial blood flow for infertility.Method:A total of 44 infertile patients treated from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected as observation group,and 43 healthy women of childbearing age who were admitted to hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as control group.Both groups underwent transvaginal ultrasound examination,and the differences of endometrial thickness and arterial blood flow between the two groups were compared.Result:Pathological results diagnosed 39 cases of endometrial abnormalities in the observation group,36 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound,the diagnostic accuracy was 92.31%;the endometrial thickness of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 10th,15th and 22th day of menstrual cycle (P<0.05).The PSV of the observation group on the 10th,15th and 22nd day of the menstrual cycle were lower than those of the control group,and the PI,RI and S/D of the observation group on the 10th,15th and 22nd day of the menstrual cycle were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound detection of endometrial and arterial blood flow in infertility patients has higher diagnostic value and higher diagnostic accuracy,which is worthy of application.
