摘　　要：重症医院获得性肺炎(SHAP)是住院患者易罹患的重症感染性疾病,病情进展快,病死率高,诊治难度大,本文对近年来SHAP诊治经验文献进行综述,为临床诊断治疗SHAP提供参考。Severe hospital acquired pneumonia (SHAP) is a serious infectious disease that is easy to be suffered by inpatients.It has rapid progress,high mortality and difficult diagnosis and treatment.This paper reviews the literature on the diagnosis and treatment of severe hospital acquired pneumonia (SHAP) in recent years,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of SHAP.
