噻托溴铵对哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者血清炎症因子的影响及临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨噻托溴铵治疗哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征对患者血清炎症因子的影响和临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月本院收治的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者96例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为研究组(给予布地奈德联合噻托溴铵治疗)和对照组(给予布地奈德治疗),每组48例。比较两组治疗前后哮喘控制评分和慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状评分、炎症因子指标(TNF-α和IL-6)及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组哮喘控制和慢性阻塞性肺疾病症状评分均明显优于对照组,研究组TNF-α和IL-6水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵能够有效控制哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重叠综合征患者的血清炎症因子指标水平,改善患者相关临床症状,提升综合临床疗效,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tiotropium Bromide on serum inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy in patients with asthma and COPD overlap syndrome.Method:A total of 96 patients with asthma and COPD overlap syndrome in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the study group (given Budesonide combined with Tiotropium Bromide) and the control group (treated with Budesonide),48 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,the asthma control score,COPD symptom score,inflammatory factor indexes (TNF-α and IL-6) and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the asthma control and COPD symptom scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium Bromide can effectively control the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with asthma and COPD overlap syndrome,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy.It has good clinical application value.
