十一方酒+地塞米松+利多卡因离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨十一方酒+地塞米松+利多卡因注射液离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月1日-2020年3月30日在本科因腰椎间盘突出症住院的患者90例,采用回顾性研究法,按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。两组均接受传统的中医特色疗法,如腰椎推拿、手指点穴,对照组在中医特色疗法基础上结合营养神经和改善循环等药物治疗。观察组在中医特色疗法基础上增加十一方酒+地塞米松+利多卡因注射液离子导入治疗。观察期统一为4周,比较两组腰椎疼痛和疗效。采用SPSS 23.0软件包进行检验并分析。结果:对照组腰椎疼痛评分为(3.91±1.59)分,明显高于观察组的(2.04±0.95)分,对照组有效率为80.00%,观察组为100%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用十一方酒+地塞米松+利多卡因注射液离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可以减轻患者的腰椎疼痛和提高治疗有效率。Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of Shiyifang Liquor+Dexamethasone+Lidocaine Injection iontophoresis in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:From April 1,2019 to March 30,2020,90 patients with lumbar disc herniation in our department were enrolled,a retrospective study was used,according to the treatment method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received traditional Chinese medicine treatment,such as lumbar massage and finger acupuncture.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with nerve nutrition and circulation improvement.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy,the observation group was added with Shiyifang Liquor+Dexamethasone+Lidocaine Injection iontophoresis.The observation period was 4 weeks.The lumbar pain and curative effect of the two groups were compared.SPSS 23.0 software package was used to test and analyze.Result:The lumbar pain score of the control group was(3.91±1.59)points,it was significantly higher than(2.04±0.95)points of the observation group,the effective rate of the control group was 80.00%,the effective rate of the observation group was 100%,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shiyifang Liquor,Dexamethasone and Lidocaine Injection iontophoresis for patients with lumbar disc herniation can reduce the lumbar pain and improve the treatment efficiency.
