摘  要:目的:探究延续性自我管理教育在提高1型糖尿病儿童治疗依从性方面的效果。方法:选取92例2018年7月-2019年12月在本院治疗的1型糖尿病儿童患者,均实施延续性自我管理教育护理,观察并比较患儿护理前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及治疗依从性。结果:护理后,患儿空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与护理前相比,护理后患儿治疗依从性明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将延续性自我管理教育应用在对1型糖尿病患儿的护理中,患儿对治疗的态度更加积极,所了解到的糖尿病相关知识也更加全面,患儿自我管理行为更加自律,对治疗的依从性得到了明显的提升,应用效果明显,有较高的推广价值。Objective:To explore the effect of continuous self-management education in improving the treatment compliance of children with type 1 diabetes.Method:A total of 92 children with type 1 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected and implemented continuous self-management education nursing.Observed and compared the fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at 2 h postprandial,glycosylated hemoglobin levels and treatment dependence before and after nursing.Result:After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at 2 h postprandial and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the children were significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment compliance of children after nursing was significantly increased than that before nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying continuous self-management education in the care of children with type 1 diabetes,the children’s attitude towards treatment is more positive,their knowledge of diabetes is more comprehensive,the children’s self-management behavior is more self-disciplined,and the treatment compliance has been significantly improved.The application effect is obvious,and there is a higher promotion value.
