中西医结合快速康复在胃癌患者围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中西医结合快速康复在胃癌患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6-12月德阳市人民医院胃肠外科住院的110例胃癌患者为研究对象,按照入院时间分为结合组(采用中西医结合快速康复)和常规护理组(使用常规护理措施),各55例。比较两组住院时间、排气时间、并发症发生率及焦虑状态。结果:干预后两组,结合组首次下床活动时间和排气时间、并发症发生率及焦虑状态均优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合快速康复是一种有效的疾病康复管理办法,应用至胃癌患者围手术期的康复护理中可有效改善胃癌患者的恢复效果,减少焦虑。Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced recovery of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in perioperative period of gastric cancer patients.Method:A total of 110 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery department of People’s Hospital of Deyang City from June to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the combined group(enhanced recovery with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine)and the routine nursing group(routine nursing measures)according to the time of admission,with 55 cases in each group.The hospital stay,exhaust time,complication rate and anxiety status between the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the hospital stay,exhaust time,complication rate and anxiety status of the combined group were better than those of the routine nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enhanced recovery of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is an effective method of disease rehabilitation management,which can be applied to the perioperative rehabilitation nursing of gastric cancer patients to effectively improve the recovery effect of gastric cancer patients and reduce anxiety.
