1例脓毒性休克患者应用氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液药物治疗分析

摘　　要：1例74岁脓毒性休克女患者,经8 h容量复苏、抗感染、抗休克等积极治疗后,无明显改善。后加用氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液治疗,取得显著效果,患者血乳酸、心率、血压等复常,神志转清,能正确回应问题及完成指令性动作。后因泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌致肺部感染,家属拒绝一切有创抢救治疗而死亡。结论:氢溴酸山莨菪碱注射液用于脓毒性休克的治疗,有望提高休克患者的抢救成功率,降低死亡率。A 74-year-old female patient with septic shock showed no significant improvement after 8 h of volume resuscitation,anti-infection,anti-shock and other active treatments.Afterwards,the patient was treated with Anisodamine Hydrobromide Injection,and the patients’condition improved significantly.The patients’blood lactate,heart rate,blood pressure,etc.returned to normal,consciousness was clear,the patient was able to respond correctly to questions and complete commanded actions.Later,the patient died of pulmonary infection caused by pan-drug-resistant acinetobacter baumannii,the patients’family refused all invasive rescue treatment.Conclusion:The use of Anisodamine Hydrobromide Injection for the treatment of septic shock is expected to increase the success rate of rescue patients in shock and reduce the mortality rate.
