夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度寻常型痤疮的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光对Ⅰ、Ⅱ度寻常型痤疮的效果,为临床诊疗提供指导。方法:选择2018年11月-2019年10月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的Ⅰ、Ⅱ度寻常型痤疮患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予单纯夫西地酸乳膏进行治疗,研究组在对照组疗法的基础上联合红蓝光照射进行治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗2周、1个月、2个月后面部皮损评分、治疗效果与不良反应。结果:治疗前两组面部皮损情况评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗2周、1个月、2个月后皮损评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗期间不良反应发生率(10.00%)与对照组(4.00%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光照射治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ度寻常型痤疮患者的治疗效果明显优于单纯夫西地酸乳膏,且安全可靠,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of Fusidic Acid Cream combined with red and blue light in treatment of acne vulgarisⅠandⅡdegrees,and to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:A total of 100 patients with acne vulgarisⅠandⅡdegrees who received treatment in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects,according to random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple Fusidic Acid Cream,the study group was treated with red and blue light irradiation on the basis of the control group.The facial lesions before treatment and after 2 weeks,1 month,2 months of treatment,therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in facial lesions scores between the two groups(P>0.05),the skin lesions scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks,1 month,2 months of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(10.00%)and the control group(4.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Fusidic Acid Cream combined with red and blue light irradiation in the treatment of acne vulgarisⅠandⅡdegrees is significantly better than that of simple Fusidic Acid Cream,and it is safe and reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
