摘　　要：目的:通过全国中药资源普查开展益母草的质量评价研究,掌握全国范围的益母草质量问题并寻求对策,保障公众用药安全。方法:采用法定标准检验对益母草质量进行评价和分析。结果:共抽取82批次益母草,按法定标准检验,不合格率高达50.00%(41/82);不合格项目为性状、鉴别、浸出物及含量测定,不合格主要原因为混淆品的存在及采收季节不符合要求。经基原鉴定,混淆品主要为夏至草;针对益母草错过采收期问题,对检验结果进行相关性分析,建立合理采收方案。结论:益母草总体质量状况评价为品质欠佳,建议对益母草进行规范化采收,并加强监管。Objective:To evaluate the overall quality of Yimucao(Leonuri herba)which were collected by th e national survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,and related quality problems and implement regulatory measures of Yimucao(Leonuri herba)were discussed to ensure the safety of medicine.Methods:The quality of Yimucao(Leonuri herba)were evaluated and analyzed by statutory standard inspection.Results:A total of 82 batches of Yimucao(Leonuri herba)were collected.The unqualified rate was 50.00%(41/82)according to the statutory standard inspection.The unqualified items were character,identification,water-soluble extract and content determination.The main reasons for the unqualified items were the existence of adulterants and the unqualified harvest season.According to the original identification,the main adulterant was Xiazhicao(Lagopsis herba).In view of the missed harvest period of Yimucao(Leonuri herba),the correlation analysis of the test results was carried out to establish a reasonable harvest plan.Conclusion:The overall quality of Yimucao(Leonuri herba)is evaluated as poor quality.It is recommended to standardize harvesting of Yimucao(Leonuri herba)and strengthen supervision.
