摘　　要：应用乌头赤石脂丸治疗类风湿关节炎,对阴寒痼结之证,疗效确切。拟从阴寒痼结,辛热温通;减毒增效,动中寓静;痹兼心痛,善治疼痛;痹兼便血,蠲痹摄血四方面略述其理。并辅以病案佐证。Th e application of Wutou Chishizhi Pill in treating rheumatoid arthritis has definite curativ e effect on the stubborn condensation of Yin cold in the body. It is intended to state that Yin cold is stubborn c ondensation in the body, the pungent and hot medicine warms the whole body;Reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency, quiet in motion;Bi syndrome is accompanied by heartache, good at treating pain;Bi syndrome is accompanied by hematochezia, treating arthralgia and consolidating hemorrhage, and a medical records is given to prove it.
