摘 要:分析铝蜂窝叠层板锯切加工过程中入刀处和出刀处的切削振动而造成加工工件尺寸精度下降的问题,提出一种改进的刀具机构模型,并经过工程分析使之能用于实际加工。采用对圆锯片进行数学建模,利用圆形薄板小扰度振动理论推出影响切削振动的问题在于锯片内外圆半径的比值,并通过matlab进行仿真分析其变化趋势。通过在铝蜂窝叠板切割机上的加工实验对比,发现改进后入刀处和出刀处切削振幅明显较小,加工件上已无明显的振纹,且尺寸精度提高一个数量级。改进后的刀具机构模型,可以改善锯片的整体刚度,提高锯片的固有频率,从而达到提高加工工件尺寸精度的目的。This paper analyzes the problem that the dimension accuracy of the workpiece decreases due to the cutting vibration at the entry and exit of the aluminum honeycomb laminated plate during the sawing process.An improved tool mechanism model is proposed,which can be used in practical machining through engineering analysis.The mathematical model of circular saw blade is established,and the small disturbance vibration theory of circular thin plate is used to deduce that the problem affecting cutting vibration is the ratio of inner and outer circle radius of saw blade,and the trend is analyzed through MATLAB simulation.Through the comparison of the machining experiments on the aluminum honeycomb laminated plate cutting machine,it is found that the cutting amplitude at the cutter inlet and outlet is obviously smaller,there is no obvious vibration pattern on the workpiece,and the dimensional accuracy is improved by an order of magnitude.The improved tool mechanism model can improve the overall stiffness of the saw blade and the natural frequency of the saw blade,so as to improve the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.
