类煤噻吩组分模型化合物介电性质研究

摘  要:基于煤中含硫组分介电性质对探索微波辐射的物理化学作用机制和优化煤炭微波脱硫工艺的重要性,探讨了不同结构类煤噻吩化合物介电参数与微波频率和温度的关系.利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和X射线吸收近边结构(XANES)表征贵州兴义炼焦煤中有机硫的主要赋存类型及含量,选择含有不同类型官能团的类煤噻吩组分模型化合物,采用同轴传输反射法测试不同频率和温度下化合物的复介电常数实部和虚部,计算化合物的损耗角正切值和微波穿透深度.结果表明:兴义炼焦精煤中噻吩质量分数占全硫的40%以上;类煤噻吩组分模型化合物具有较强的吸波能力;煤中硫赋存环境,例如杂原子,对噻吩结构介电性质具有显著影响;3-甲基噻吩在0.915GHz和2.450GHz微波辐射时,微波穿透深度最大值对应温度分别是50℃和60℃,2-硝基噻吩微波穿透深度最大值出现在50℃;噻吩化合物对0.915GHz频率微波能量的吸收和转化能力更强,微波穿透深度更大;0.915GHz频率微波更加适合高噻吩含量厚层煤炭的辐射脱硫.Based on the importance of the dielectric properties of sulfur-containing components in coal to explore the physicochemical mechanism of microwave radiation and optimize the coal microwave desulfurization process,the relationship between the dielectric parameters of coallike thiophene compounds with different structures,microwave frequency and temperature were investigated.The main organic sulfur components and content of coking coal in Xingyi,Guizhou were characterized by XPS and XANES,and the coal-like thiophene model compounds were selected containing different functional groups.Coaxial transmission and reflection method was used to test the real and imaginary part of the complex dielectric constants of model compounds with different frequencies and temperatures and calculated the microwave penetra tion depth of the thiophene.The results indicate that the thiophene mass fraction in coal sample accounts for more than 40%of the total sulfur.The coal-like thiophene model compounds have strong ability of microwave absorption and coversion.The presence of sulfur,such as heteroatoms,has a significant impact on the dielectric properties of thiophene structures.When 3-methylthiophene is irradiated at 0.915GHz and 2.450GHz,the maximum of microwave penetration depth at 50°C and 60°C,respectively,and which of 2-nitrothiophene at 50°C.The thiophene compounds have stronger abilities of absorbing and converting microwave energy to heat energy and the microwave penetration depth are greater at 0.915GHz.The thick coal samples with high thiophene content are more suitable for desulfurization by microwave radiation with 0.915GHz frequency.
