摘  要:【目的】揭示城镇化过程中人口集聚、经济增长和空间扩张对生态承载力的影响,促进可持续城镇化和可承载生态系统。【方法】基于城镇化过程中生态承载力耦合关系的形成机理,构建生态承载力指标体系,运用灰色关联模型,分析2001—2019年洞庭湖区城镇化过程中生态承载力耦合关系的时空演变特征。【结果】1)2001年以来人均EC与生态弹性因子的关联性强,且呈现持续上升趋势,加速了城镇化过程中土地利用类型的快速流转。因子关联度的空间差异整体上表现为外围区和核心区大于边缘区,单个因子形成以岳阳市区、常德市区和益阳市区3个县域为中心的差异性分布。2)近20年来人均EC与资源环境状态因子之间的关联度最高,且一直呈现上升趋势;与压力因子的关联性相对较弱,呈现倒“U”型变化趋势。17个县域人均EC与状态因子关联度的空间布局具有较高的一致性,与压力因子的空间布局表现为边缘区>外围区>核心区。单个因子围绕核心区和边缘区为中心呈现差异性分布。3)近20年来人均EC与人类支持因子的关联度一直呈现上升趋势。17个县域人均EC与压力因子关联度的空间格局具有较强的一致性,与响应因子的空间格局体现差异性分布。【结论】快速城镇化改变了生态承载力系统的自然、经济和社会结构,产生了一系列压力、状态和响应。未来洞庭湖区城镇化过程中应牢牢控制生态保护红线、永久基本农田和城镇开发边界,严格限制土地类型的无序流转,有效平衡城镇建设用地与生态用地、农用地之争。转型升级产业结构,增加生态和环保投入,提高环境治理水平。打破区际条块分割管理现状,实行协同治理与管理。立足生态资源禀赋,因此制宜,走集约化、生态型可持续城镇化发展道路。【Objective】In order to reveal the impact of population agglomeration,economic growth and spatial expansion on ecological carrying capacity in the process of urbanization,and promote sustainable urbanization and bearable ecosystem.【Method】Based on the formation mechanism of coupling relationship of ecological carrying capacity during urbanization,the article constructs an index system of ecological carrying capacity,and analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of coupling relationship of ecological carrying capacity during urbanization by using gray correlation model inDongting lakeregion from 2001 to 2019.【Result】1)There was a strong relationship between per capita EC and ecological elastic factors,and this relation showed a rising trend which meant the accelerated circulation of land utilization types during urbanization since 2001.From the spatial difference of factor relational degree,the peripheral zone and core zone of which was larger than the marginal zone in general,and a differential distribution was formed in single factor centered on Yueyang city,Changde city and Yiyang city.2)In the past 20 years,the per capita EC had the highest correlation with state factors of resources and environment,showing an upward trend.There was a relatively weak correlation between the per capita EC and pressure factors,presenting an inverted“U-shaped”trend.The per capita EC of 17 counties showed high consistency with the spatial layout of state factors and the spatial layout between the per capita EC and pressure factors presented“the edge area>the peripheral area>the core area”.A single factor showed a differential distribution around the core area and the marginal area.3)The relational degree between per capita EC and human support factors had been showing an upward trend during the past 20 years.The per capita EC of 17 counties had strong consistency with spatial layout of pressure factors,and a differential distribution with response factors.【Conclusion】A series of pressure,state an
