摘　　要：王自立主任医师临床经验丰富,提出了清上达下法,即"清上源,行气化,利水道以通淋",并以此为理论基础创立了清利通淋汤,临床治疗热淋疗效显著。Chief physician Wang Zili is rich in clinical experience,he raises clearing upper and lower method,which means clearing the upper,running the gasification,draining water passage and treating stranguria,he established the decoction of clearing and treating stranguria based on theoretical foundation of clearing upper and lower method and obtains notable clinical effects in clinical therapy for pyretic stranguria.
