清窍汤联合西药治疗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者鼻腔菌群和鼻腔功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清窍汤联合西药对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)患者鼻腔菌群和鼻腔功能的影响。方法:选择130例CRS患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用清窍汤联合西药治疗,比较两组临床疗效、临床症状积分、治疗前后鼻腔菌群变化,随访3个月及1年时SNOT-20量表评分及复发率。结果:总有效率观察组为96.92%(63/65),对照组为80.00%(52/65),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床症状积分、不同时间段内SNOT-20量表评分及多种鼻腔菌群数量均较治疗前减少,且观察组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清窍汤联合西药治疗CRS可有效提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,降低多种鼻腔菌群数量,恢复鼻腔功能。Objective:To observe the effects of Qingqiao decoction combined with Western medicine on nasal function and nasal flora in patients with CRS.Methods:A total of 130 CRS patients were chosen,and allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,65 cases each group.The control group adopted conventional Western medicine,and the observation group were treated by Qingqiao decoction combined with Western medicine,to compare clinical effects,clinical symptom integrals and the changes of nasal flora before and after treating,SNOT-20 scale scores and recurrence rate in three-month and one-year follow-ups between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.92%(63/65),higher than 80.00%(52/65)of the control group(P<0.05);clinical symptom integrals,SNOT-20 scale scores in different time periods and the number of various nasal microflora reduced than before treating in both groups,the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingqiao decoction combined with Western medicine in treating CRS could effectively raise clinical effects,relieve clinical symptoms,decrease the number of various nasal microflora and restore nasal function.
