摘　　要：刑事法律在现代国家治理中具有重要作用,也是革命根据地法制建设的重要内容。七十年来,学界从根本法、实体法、程序法等方面对根据地刑事法作了大量的研究,并整理、辑录了数量可观的根据地刑事法律文献,形成了刑事调解、典型案例研究等诸多热点,为后续研究奠定了基础。继续推进和深化根据地刑事法研究,需要更注重体系性、动态性、反思性、理论性的研究,总结经验教训,提升理论品位,为当代社会主义法治建设提供智识资源。Criminal law played an important role in modern state governance and it was also an important part of the legal system construction in revolutionary base areas.In the past 70 years,scholars have done a lot of researches on the criminal law of the base areas from the aspects of fundamental law,substantive law,and procedural law,etc.,and collected and compiled a considerable number of criminal law documents of the base areas,forming many hot spots such as criminal mediation and typical case studies,laying the foundation for follow-up research.To continue to advance and deepen the research on criminal law in base areas,we need to pay more attention to systematic,dynamic,reflective,and theoretical research,summing up experience and lessons,enhancing theoretical grade,as well as providing theoretical resources for the contemporary socialist rule of law.
