摘  要:研究了空气CO_(2)捕集领域季铵型树脂材料在吸附过程中伴随的热量迁移和反应器温度场变化的传热传质问题。吸附反应器为一个等距布置五根热电偶的固定床,温控记录仪实时监测并记录反应过程中树脂颗粒的温度场状态。探究相对湿度、温度和树脂颗粒粒径对季铵型树脂吸附CO_(2)及反应温度场的影响规律。通过在不同湿度工况下的研究,可以明显观测到吸附过程中反应器内温度逐渐下降,并最终在某些工况下低于初始温度,呈现出一种独特的自冷却吸附过程;进一步考察了基于季铵基材料的变湿吸附过程中,体系的热量迁移规律受吸附化学反应的影响机制。所进行的变湿吸附原理在空气CO_(2)捕集应用中的传热传质方面的特性研究,对相关吸附剂的吸附性能研究以及在经济性、实用性方面的评价具有指导性意义。In this paper,the performance of heat and mass transfer of quaternary ammonium resin materials during the adsorption process is studied.The adsorption reactor is a fixed bed with five thermocouples arranged equidistantly.The temperature control recorder monitors and records the real-time temperature field status of the resin particles during the reaction.Effects of relative humidity,temperature and resin particle size on CO_(2) adsorption by quaternary ammonium macro-porous resin and the temperature field of the reactor are investigated,and the law of the temperature field of the reactor under different factors is obtained.Results under different humidity conditions indicated that the reactor temperature gradually drops during adsorption process,eventually falls below the initial temperature under certain conditions.In addition,the mechanism of heat transfer in the system affected by the adsorption chemical reaction during the wetting process based on quaternary ammonium-based materials is investigated.Research on the characteristics of heat and mass transfer of air CO_(2)capturing by the principle of humidification adsorption is of guiding significance for the adsorption performance of related adsorbents and the evaluation in terms of economy and practicality.
