摘 要:目前煤矿井下岩巷受机械化程度低、巷道顶板岩性差等影响,无法正常使用机载临时支护时,多采用"前探梁+木背木"或打点柱进行临时支护,这两种临时支护方式存在耗时长、过程不安全、临时支护后效果差等问题。针对车集煤矿岩巷临时支护存在的问题,提出了"前探梁+穿铁背板"的临时支护方案,同时对临时支护流程进行了规范和优化。现场试验表明,"前探梁+穿铁背板"临时支护技术耗时短、临时支护过程安全、临时支护后效果可靠,相对原临时支护,该临时支护施工效率可提高一倍。"前探梁+穿铁背板"临时支护技术保障了职工安全,提高了工效,符合矿井安全高效发展要求,在煤矿岩巷施工中具有广泛的应用前景和借鉴意义。When the temporary support on the roadheader cannot be used,in the low excavation mechanization degree and poor lithology of roadway roof,the forepoling beam+wood back plate or single prop are often used for temporary support,which are time-consuming and unsafe,and the support effect is unsatisfying.In view of the problems in rock roadway temporary support in Juji Coal Mine,the causes are analyzed,and a temporary support scheme is proposed using front forepoling beam and iron-covered back plate,and the supporting process is standardized and optimized.The field test shows that the proposed technology achieves reliable support effect,which is also safe and doubles the construction efficiency compared with the original technology.The proposed technology is of wide application prospect and reference significance in the construction of coal mine rock roadway,as it meets the requirements of safe and efficient development of coal mine.
