摘 要:为解决沿采空区不规则回采工作面瓦斯治理问题,以金源矿23下27工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析和现场实测对采空区瓦斯运移规律进行研究。研究表明:相邻23下21采空区切眼附近瓦斯浓度为42.86%,约为采空区平均瓦斯浓度的4倍,验证了采空区瓦斯富集区的存在。结合掘进期间瓦斯涌出规律,将采空区瓦斯富集程度划分为实体煤区,采空区瓦斯富集区,采空区瓦斯不富集区三个区域,提出了分区防治瓦斯措施。重点针对采空区瓦斯富集区,采取封堵瓦斯涌出通道、上隅角抽放、采空区高位钻孔抽放瓦斯措施后,回风巷瓦斯浓度稳定在0.06%~0.12%,回风隅角瓦斯浓度稳定在0.14%~0.22%,有效地解决了沿空工作面回采期间瓦斯隐患。Aiming at the gas control in irregular working face adjoining goaf,taking the No.2327 working face in Jinyuan Mine as project background,the law of gas migration in gob is studied using theoretical analysis and field measurement.The gas concentration of open-off in No.2321 goaf is 42.86%,about four times of the average gas concentration of the goaf,which verifies the existence of the gas enrichment area in the goaf.According to the law of gas emission during excavation,the degree of gas enrichment in goaf is divided into three areas:solid coal area,goaf gas enrichment area and goaf gas non-enrichment area.Focusing on the gas enrichment area in goaf,the measures of blocking gas gushing passage,upper corner drainage and high borehole drainage are adopted.The gas concentration stabilizes at 0.06% ~ 0.12% in return air way and 0.14% ~ 0.22%in the upper corner.The gas hazard in the mining period is eliminated economically and effectively.
