摘　　要：本文以动画视频档案的管理和传播为研究对象,分析了动画视频档案的地位、特点和资源开发重点。指出动画视频档案资源管理和传播存在市场定位不清晰、信息遮蔽、资源更新不及时和缺乏用户互动四大问题,并有针对性地提出解决方案,以期为我国动画视频档案资源的管理和传播提供新的思路。This paper takes the management and dissemination of animated video archives as the research object,and analyzes the position,characteristics and the emphasis of resource development of animated video archives.It points out that there are four problems in the management and dissemination of animation video archive resources:unclear market positioning,obscuration of information,delay in updating resources and lack of user interaction,and puts forward targeted solutions,in order to provide new ideas for the management and dissemination of animation archive resources in China.
