电子病历(档案)管理个案调查分析——以正阳县人民医院为例

摘　　要：本文以验证医院电子病历(档案)管理中应用医院信息管理系统效果为目的,采用方法为回顾性抽样选取2018年1月至2020年1月正阳县人民医院电子病历(档案)100例,依据是否应用医院信息管理系统分为实验(应用)组(n=50)和对照(未应用)组(n=50)两组,统计分析两组总体满意度及医生、护士、医疗技术人员、行政管理及后勤服务人员满意度。结果:实验(应用)组各项指标满意度均显著高于对照(未应用)组(P<0.05)。实验(应用)组各类人员满意度均显著高于对照(未应用)组(P<0.05)。通过研究发现,医院电子病历(档案)管理中应用医院信息管理系统效果良好,能够有效提升各项指标满意度、各类人员满意度,值得推广。Objective:To verify the effect of hospital information management system in electronic medical record(Archives)management.Methods:a retrospective sampling to select between January 2018 and January 2020 Zhengyang county people's hospital of electronic medical records(Archives)100 cases,on the basis of whether the application of hospital information management system is divided into experimental group(applicationn=50)and control group(not used)in the two groups(n=50),statistical analysis of two groups of overall satisfaction and doctors,nurses,health technicians,administrative management and logistic service satisfaction.Results:The satisfaction degree of all indexes in the experimental(applied)group was significantly higher than that in the control(not applied)group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of all kinds of people in the experimental(applied)group was significantly higher than that in the control(not applied)group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of hospital information management system in hospital electronic medical record(Archives)management has a good effect,which can effectively improve the satisfaction of various indicators and personnel.It's worth promoting.
