摘　　要：本文从河南省档案馆收集的马杰先生部分个人档案发现,马杰是当时花园口堵口谈判的重要参与者,任国民政府行政院善后救济总署河南分署署长期间,作为一名爱国民主人士,为河南堵口复堤、灾民救济和工业振兴方面做出了重要贡献。Mr Majie part of this paper collected from henan province archives profiles found that Majie was HuaYuanKou taphole important participants of the negotiation Ren Guomin relief agency problems arising from the government executive director of henan branch,as a patriotic Democrats,for henan taphole after dike,the victims of the disaster relief and industrial revitalization has made an important contribution.
