档案科技工作发展路径探析——基于浙江实践的视角

摘　　要：以浙江为例进行分析。"十三五"期间,浙江档案科技工作取得较好成效,科技工作与实践工作实现有机融合,档案科技工作稳步推进,较好地完成档案科技"十三五"规划的任务,但也存在工作发展不平衡、人才与经费保障不充分、管理机制不完善等问题。新修订档案法明确提出国家鼓励和支持档案科学研究和技术创新,要求推动档案科技进步。"十四五"时期,浙江将完善档案科技管理制度、强化档案科技力量、拓展科技成果推广途径,推动档案科技工作不断走向深化。The paper takes Zhejiang practices as examples,analyzes the achievements of archives scientific and technical work during the 13^(th) Five-Year Plan period,and discovers the problems of work developing unbalanced,professionals and funds insufficient,and working mechanism imperfect.The new revised archives law has made the requirement of promoting the progress of archives science and technique.During the 14^(th) Five-Year Plan period,Zhejiang will further improve archives scientific and technical work by improving the management system of archives science and technique,strengthening archives scientific research power,and developing the channels for extending achievements.
