摘　　要：由公共卫生事件引发的健康危机已成为现代性危机的重要表征。因此,从马克思主义立场出发,厘清科学技术与生命健康之间的对立统一关系尤为必要。在现代社会,科学技术的生命困境体现为由科技异化导致的卫生环境问题、卫生意识问题、卫生体制问题。要走出这一困境,则必须深刻剖析生命的主体结构、生命活动的展开形式及其与现代科学技术的深层关联。科学技术是生命主体的对象化结果,是生命活动的历史产物;它为保障生命结构的完整性,确保生命活动的有序展开创造条件。而健康权益的特殊性与普遍性之统一,健康生活的科学性与伦理性之统一,健康理想的真理性与价值性之统一则是推动科学技术与生命健康共进的方法论原则。Health crisis caused by public health events has become an important representation of modernity crisis.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the unity of opposites between science and technology and life and health from the standpoint of Marxism.In modern society,the life dilemma of science and technology is embodied in the problems of health environment,health consciousness and health system caused by the alienation of science and technology.In order to get out of this dilemma,we must deeply analyze the main structure of life,the form of life activities and its deep relationship with modern science and technology.Science and technology are the results of objectification of life subjects and the historical products of life activities.They create conditions for ensuring the integrity of life structures and ensuring the orderly development of life activities.The unity of the particularity and universality of health rights and interests,the unity of science and ethics of a healthy life,and the unity of truth and value of health ideal are the methodological principles to promote the progress of science and technology and life and health.
