摘 要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定生活饮用水中汞(Hg)、铍(Be)、锰(Mn)、砷(As)、铅(Pb)、铁(Fe)、硒(Se)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、钴(Co)、镉(Cd)、镍(Ni)、钡(Ba)、锌(Zn)、银(Ag)、铊(Tl)、镍(Ni)和钒(V)等18种元素含量的方法。方法样品经酸化过滤后直接用ICP-MS法进行分析,用混合内标校正测定干扰和漂移,标准曲线法定量。结果该法检出限为0.001μg/L^0.830μg/L,样品加标回收率为88.1%~112.0%,平均RSD为0.20%~3.89%。水质检测除铁的合格率为98.7%、锰的合格率为97.4%外,其他16种金属元素的合格率均为100%。结论 ICP-MS法具有操作简单、精确度高、灵敏度高、测试时间短等的优点,适用于饮用水中多种元素的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous detection of contents of 18 elements,including mercury(Hg), beryllium(Be), manganese(Mn), arsenic(As), lead(Pb), iron(Fe), selenium(Se), copper(Cu), chromium(Cr), cobalt(Co), cadmium(Cd), nickel(Ni), barium(Ba), zin c(Zn), silver(Ag), thallium(Tl), nickel(Ni) and vanadium(V)in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method(ICP-MS). Methods The sample was acidified and filtered, then analyzed by ICP-MS method, corrected for collective disturbance and drift by mixed internal standard, and quantified by standard curve. Results The detection limit of the method was 0.001 μg/L^0.830 μg/L, the recovery rates of standard addition were 88.1%~112.0%,and the mean RSD was 0.20%~3.89%. Except the qualification rates of detection of drinking water was 98.7% for Fe and 97.4% for Mn,the pass rates of other elements were 100.0%. Conclusion There exist some advantages with simple operation, high accuracy, high sensitivity and short detection time for ICP-MS method. It is suitable for simultaneous detection of multi-elements in drinking water.
