摘　　要：冷轧辊是轧机中工作条件最为复杂的部件,其制造工艺复杂,目前国内外冷轧辊材质主要以Cr5冷轧辊为主。我公司通过设计“电渣钢锭(红送或冷锭)→镦粗+拔长(二镦二拔)→水雾冷→热处理”的锻造工艺,并采取合理的控制措施,确保锻钢冷轧辊MC5辊坯的各项技术指标均满足用户使用要求。Cold roll is the most complex part in the mill,and its manufacturing process is complex.At present,the material of cold roll is mainly Cr 5 cold roll.By designing the forging process of“electroslag ingot(red or cold ingot)→upsetting+drawing(two upsetting and two drawing)→water mist cooling→heat treatment”,and taking reasonable control measures,we ensure that all technical indexes of forged steel cold roll MC5 billet meet the user's requirements.
