摘  要:优质的课程资源是提升开放大学教学质量的重要保证。开放大学应以学习、交互、活动、融合为课程建设理念,根据专业人才培养方案和课程教学大纲,通过强化课程思政教学、搭建课程整体框架、设计单元组织架构、拓展资源呈现方式、发挥渠道综合优势、完善考核评价机制等途径进行课程建设,从而提高课程建设质量。High quality curriculum resources is an important guarantee to improve the teaching quality of open universities.Open universities should take learning,interaction,activity and integration as the curriculum construction concept,and carry out curriculum construction according to the professional talent training program and curriculum syllabus and through strengthening the ideological and political teaching of the course,building the overall framework of the course,designing the unit organizational structure,expanding the way of resource presentation,giving full play to the comprehensive advantages of channels,and improving the evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the quality of curriculum construction.
