摘 要:传承非物质文化遗产、动态对接人才培养与需求、服务社会经济发展是高职教育的责任与使命。为深化“政校企园”产教融合,培育特色专业人才,常州纺织服装职业技术学院创办锡剧大师工作室,将非物质文化遗产融入课程体系、课堂教学、校园文化等各个环节,旨在以技能型育人为目标,丰富和优化中高本“立交桥”育人体系,从教育理念与模式、立体化教学体系、课堂内外综合教学评价入手,拓展非物质文化遗产融入人才培养的路径。It is the responsibility and mission of vocational education to inherit intangible cultural heritage,dynamically interface talents cultivation with social demand,and provide services for social and economic development.In order to deepen the integration of“governments,schools,enterprises and kindergartens”,and cultivate characteristic professional talents,Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment established Wuxi opera master studio to integrate intangible cultural heritage into curriculum system,classroom teaching,campus culture and so on.with the aim of enriching and optimizing the“flyover”education system for middle and high school students with skill-oriented education as its goal.Starting from the education concept and mode,three-dimensional teaching system and comprehensive teaching evaluation both inside and outside classroom,we aim at expanding the path of integrating intangible cultural heritage into talents cultivation.
