摘　　要：十四味温胆汤为朱进忠教授在温胆汤基础上加味而成,具有益气养阴、化痰清热之效,主要治疗气阴两虚,痰热阻滞,郁而化火之证。十四味温胆汤是在温胆汤清胆和胃的基础功效上,加黄芪、当归、生地、麦冬、五味子、远志、石菖蒲、生地共同组成。此方既弥补温胆汤单纯治疗中焦病证局限,又加强清热益气的疗效。因此临床上常运用此方化裁治疗气阴两虚,痰热阻滞之心系、肾系、肝系、气血津液及肢体经络病证,且均已取得较好的疗效。在临床使用十四味温胆汤可以为临床治疗上述疾病提供新的治疗思路。Shisiwei Wendan decoction comes from Wendan by Professor Zhu Jinzhong,which has the effect of improving qi,nourishing yin,resolving phlegm and clearing heat.Shisiwei Wendan decoction is composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,Radix Ophiopogonis,Schisandra chinensis,Radix Polygalae,Acorus calamus and Radix Sinensis,on the basis of the basic function of Wendan decoction to clear the gallbladder and stomach.This prescription was applied to treat deficiency of qi and yin,and the syndrome of heart,kidney,liver,qi,blood and body fluid as well as meridians of limbs with phlegm heat block was all effective.Therefore,this prescription is often used in clinical treatment of qi and yin deficiency,phlegm and heat block heart system,kidney system,liver system,qi,blood,body fluid and limb meridian diseases,and has achieved a good effect.The clinical application of Shisiwei Wendan decoction can provide a new therapeutic idea for the clinical treatment of the above-mentioned diseases.
