温针灸联合蠲痹汤治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的对比温针灸联合蠲痹汤和普通针刺治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月—2019年12月在中医科接受治疗的膝骨关节炎患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对照组给予常规普通针刺治疗,试验组给予温针灸联合蠲痹汤治疗,2组均连续治疗3周为1个疗程。采用临床综合疗效评价、疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和膝关节功能评分(HSS)作为检验疗效的指标。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前VAS和HSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗方法均能有效地降低VAS评分,升高HSS评分(P<0.05);试验组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,HSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸联合蠲痹汤疗法在治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果上优于常规针刺方法,值得推广。Objective To compare the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Jubi decoction and common acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness-bi osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received treatment in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital from July to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and experimental group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture therapy,while the experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture therapy combined with Juanyi decoction.The two groups were treated with one course of treatment for 3 weeks continuously.Comprehensive clinical efficacy evaluation,visual analogue scale(VAS)and knee joint function score(HSS)were used to evaluate the efficacy.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in VAS and HSS scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).VAS score was effectively decreased and HSS score was increased in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the test group was lower than that of the control group,and the HSS score of the test group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of warming and acupuncture and Juanbi decoction is superior to conventional acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and is worthy of promotion.
