益气解毒通络汤治疗自身免疫性肝病临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟益气解毒通络汤治疗自身免疫性肝病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在沈阳市第六人民医院综合内二科就诊的80例自身免疫性肝病患者,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组40例给予常规西医治疗,试验组40例在常规治疗的基础上使用自拟益气解毒通络汤,比较2组患者的临床有效率。结果试验组临床总有效率为95.0%(38/40),对照组临床总有效率为85.0%(34/40),试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对自身免疫性肝病患者采取自拟益气解毒通络汤进行治疗,可以有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical analysis of Yiqi Jiedu Tongluo decoction in the treatment of autoimmune liver disease.Methods 80 patients with autoimmune liver disease were selected,40 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 40 patients in the experimental group were treated with self-made Yiqi Jiedu Tongluo decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.0%(38/40),and that of the control group was 85.0%(34/40).The experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jiedu Tongluo decoction is suitable for the treatment of autoimmune liver disease.
