镇肝熄风汤合活血化瘀汤治疗中风急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨镇肝熄风汤合活血化瘀汤治疗中风急性期的临床疗效。方法选取在2019年1月—2020年1月本溪市中医院收治的中风急性期患者80例,依据随机数字表法分成2组,对照组40例给予常规西药治疗,观察组40例采用镇肝熄风汤合用活血化瘀汤治疗,对比2组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对中风急性期患者,采用镇肝熄风汤联合活血化瘀汤施治,效果好,能改善其神经功能,提高日常生活活动能力,临床应用价值突出。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with Huoxue Huayu decoction in the treatment of acute stage of cerebral apoplexy.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,80 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table.40 patients in the control group were treated with traditional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with Huoxue Huayu decoction,and the treatment effect score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(77.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(55.50%,P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while Bi score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the acute stage of cerebral apoplexy,Zhengan Xifeng decoction combined with Huoxue Huayu decoction has good effect,can improve the nerve function,improve the ability of daily life activities,and has outstanding clinical application value.
