水调散辅助静脉营养在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨水调散辅助静脉营养在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎中的应用。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月收治的坏死性小肠结肠炎新生儿100例,根据随机数字表法将新生儿分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行水调散治疗,观察组行水调散辅助静脉营养。比较治疗总有效率,以及并发症、临床指标血培养阳性、大便潜血的情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为92.0%(46/50),明显高于对照组80.0%(40/50)(P<0.05),2组的临床指标(血浆总蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血尿素氮、胆红素、血小板)均有所下降,其中观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎治疗中联合应用水调散辅助静脉营养临床疗效显著,有助于控制病情,预防并发症的发生,可在临床上进行推广应用。Objective To explore the application of water-dispersed powder-assisted intravenous nutrition in the treatment of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis.Methods One hundred neonates with neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group and the control group receiving water.Diffuse treatment,the observation group was treated with water-diffusion aided intravenous nutrition,compared the total effective rate of treatment,and complications,clinical indicators of blood culture positive,and fecal occult blood.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 92.0%(46/50),which was significantly higher than the control group,80.0%(40/50)(P<0.05).The clinical indicators(total plasma protein,plasma albumin,blood urea nitrogen,bilirubin,platelets)of the two groups decreased.Among them,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of water-dispersing powder and intravenous nutrition in the treatment of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis has a significant clinical effect,which can help control the patient's condition and prevent complications,and it can be promoted and applied in the clinic.
