散瘀止痛散联合TDP神灯照射治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨散瘀止痛散联合TDP神灯照射治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月葫芦岛市中心医院康复科收治的神经根型颈椎病患者共70例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例)。2组均给予西医基础治疗,观察组给予服用散瘀止痛散,配方:延胡索15 g,全蝎10 g,土鳖虫15 g,蜈蚣10 g,乌梢蛇10 g,细辛6 g研磨成粉状,早晚各3 g药粉,开水冲服。将Ⅰ类B型立式特定电磁波谱治疗器TDP神灯直接照射于颈椎的疼痛处,日1次,每次30 min,15 d 1个疗程,2组连续治疗2个疗程;然后比较2组的临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分、视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)评分。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率91.43%(32/35)显著高于对照组77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候评分及CASCS评分均显著优于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05),观察组治疗后VAS疼痛评分(1.76±0.38)分显著优于对照组(2.51±0.59)分及治疗前(6.79±1.52)分(P<0.05)。结论散瘀止痛散联合TDP神灯照射治疗神经根型颈椎病可显著提高疗效,改善患者的颈部活动能力,减轻疼痛,临床疗效显著值得推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of sanyuzhitong powder combined with TDP magic lamp in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods Between January 2019 and January 2020 in rehabilitation department of Huludao Central Hospital,a total of 70 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of patients,using the random number table method were divided into the control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases).Two groups were given basic treatment of western medicine,scattered stasis group(1)taking the pain at the same time,formula,yanhusuo 15 g,10 g scorpion,eupolyphaga 15 g,centipede 10 g,black tip snake 10 g,6 g asarum ground into a powder,in the morning and 3 g powder,water a blunt.(2)the TDP magic lamp of type I type B vertical special electromagnetic spectrum therapy device was directly irradiated on the pain of cervical vertebra,once a day for 30 min,a course of treatment for 15 days,and the two groups received 2 courses of continuous treatment.Then the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,visual analogue pain(VAS)score and cervical spondylosis clinical evaluation scale(CASCS)score of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%(32/35)higher than that of the control group 77.14%(27/35)(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and CASCS score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS pain score of the observation group(1.76±0.38#)was significantly better than that of the control group(2.51±0.59)and that of the control group(6.79±1.52)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sanyuzhitong powder and TDP magic lamp for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the patients’cervical mobility and relieve pain.
