摘  要:为了开发功能性纱线,文章提出利用吸光发热腈纶与棉混合,采用紧密纺生产,并根据腈纶与棉纤维的特点设计了工艺流程。在生产中,对腈纶和棉分别制条后,采用条混实现纤维的混合,并合理配置其他纺纱工艺参数,成功纺制了19.6 tex吸光发热腈纶/棉(10/90)紧密纺纱线。实验结果表明,开发出的功能性混纺纱成纱质量良好,能够满足国内外纱线市场的要求。In order to develop functional yarn,light-absorbing and heating acrylic fiber and cotton are blended and a compact spinning process was designed according to the characteristics of acrylic and cotton fiber in this paper.During the production,the light-absorbing and heating acrylic and cotton fibers are separately made into slivers.The sliver blending process is adopted to realize blending the fiber,and the spinning process parameters configuration is reasonable.19.6 tex light-absorbing and heating acrylic fiber and cotton(10/90)blended compact yarn is successfully spun.The experimental results showed that the new developed functional blended yarn has good quality,and meets the requirements of the domestic and foreign yarn markets.
