摘　　要：牛仔服装以独特的风格展现自由、随意、自然、洒脱的个性,很受年轻人的喜爱。随着生活水平的提高,人们已经不再满足于传统牛仔服饰的特点,对牛仔着装提出了更高的内在要求。舒适、柔软等更具附加值的牛仔面料将成为服装开发商的首选。文章就“智柔”牛仔布生产实践过程进行说明,优化面料的生产工艺参数,实现批量化生产,满足客户需求。Jeans with its unique style show free,casual,natural,free and easy personality,loved by young people.With the improvement of living standards,people are no longer satisfied with the characteristics of traditional jeans,and put forward higher internal requirements for jeans.Comfortable,soft and other more value-added jeans fabrics will become the first choice of clothing developers.This paper describes the production process of“Zhirou”jeans,optimizes the production process parameters of fabric,realizes mass production,and meets the needs of customers.
