摘 要:针对高速列车行驶过程中轴箱轴承温度监测与预警现状,在探讨轴箱轴承产热和传热计算的基础上,建立有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS中Fluent模块对轴箱轴承稳态温度场进行有限元仿真分析,得到其温度数值分布规律,并采用MATLAB软件进行数据拟合,得到测温孔温度与轴承内圈、外圈、保持架、滚动体最高温度之间的关系式以及测温孔温度与列车运行工况参数之间的关系式,研究结果对高铁轴箱轴承温度预测和温度预警阈值的合理设置、保障列车安全可靠运行,具有重要的参考价值。Aiming at the temperature monitoring and warning status of axle box bearing for high speed train,the heat generation and heat transfer calculation of axle box bearing were discussed,a finite element analysis model was established,the steady temperature field of axle bearing was analyzed with Fluent module of ANSYS,and the distribution regularities of temperature field was obtained.Formulas between the temperature of thermometer hole and the highest temperature of bearing's inner ring,outer ring,cage,roller were fitted using MATLAB software,also the relationship between the temperature of thermometer hole and operating condition parameters of the train was obtained.The research results have important reference value for temperature prediction and reasonable setting of the temperature pre-warning threshold of high-speed train axle box bearing.
