摘 要:由于装配式建筑主要是通过连接方式,将构件与建筑用节点连接,若连接点受力特性没有计算精准,则会导致连接失败,甚至坍塌事件发生,因此提出一种装配式建筑构件连接结构受力特性数值模拟分析方法。将建筑节点连接结构划分为梁、柱、节点以及墙板,以典型装配式建筑构件PC墙板为例,通过构建有限元模型对PC墙板受力特性数值模拟分析,并采用Drucker-Prager模型计算土体材料非线性,研究拉筋拉力及墙背侧向土压力分布规律,实现构件受力特性数值模拟分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以有效计算出构件的受力承载范围,降低在连接过程中构件受力的加载系数,减少失误情况。In the connection mode of prefabricated buildings,the inaccurate calculation of the mechanical characteristics of the connection points is facile to result in connection failure and even collapse.Therefore,this paper puts forward a numerical simulation analysis method for the mechanical characteristics of prefabricated building member connection structure.The PC wallboard of typical prefabricated building was taken as the research object.The connection structure of building joints was divided into beams,columns,joints and wallboards.Take the typical prefabricated building component PC wall panel as an example,based on the finite element model,the numerical simulation of PC wall panel's mechanical characteristics was analyzed.Drucker Prager model was utilized to calculate the nonlinear of soil material,and the distribution law of tensile force and lateral earth pressure behind the wall was investigated to achieve the numerical simulation analysis of the mechanical characteristics of PC wall panel.The results show that the method can effectively calculate the bearing range of members,reduce the loading coefficient of members in the process of connection,and reduce errors.
