摘　　要：本文以习近平治国理政思想的文化智慧为视角,在调查、访谈的基础上,查阅相关文献、研究相关个案,以文化自觉为基础分析中国企业发展环境、以继承和弘扬传统文化为方向重塑构建企业劳资关系理念、以文化创新智慧为引领构建企业劳资关系内容,进而深刻领会习近平治国理政思想的文化智慧对企业劳资关系重塑的重要启示作用。As a key link in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,governance needs not only lofty political wisdom,but also broad cultural wisdom.Xi Jinping elevates governance to the level of cultural consciousness,draws the spiritual resources of governance from traditional culture,and seeks the new practice of governance guided by cultural innovation,which constitutes the cultural wisdom of Xi Jinping's governance thought.To deeply understand the cultural wisdom of Xi Jinping's governance thought is of great significance to the analysis of the development environment of Chinese enterprises,the construction of harmonious labor-capital relations,and the reconstruction of enterprise labor-capital relations.
