摘  要:化工企业要想在市场竞争中拥有核心竞争力,就要不断进行创新和升级,尤其是产品的化工生产工艺和经营发展方向。可持续发展一直都是中国非常重要的国策之一,如果能在化工生产中进行能源的节约,就会在很大程度上促进整个化工行业的发展。己内酰胺制备装置是一个耗能大户,需要消耗大量的蒸汽和冷却水。而与之同时,己内酰胺制备中产生的大量反应热却没有利用,还要用大量的冷却水取走,造成热量和冷量的双重浪费。在己内酰胺制备工艺的设计过程中,设计了一种己内酰胺制备中反应热综合利用的节能方式,希望能为今后化工行业的发展提供参考和帮助。If chemical enterprises want to have the core competitiveness in the market competition,they must continue to innovate and upgrade,especially the chemical production technology and management development direction of the products.Sustainable development has always been one of the most important national policies in China.If energy saving can be carried out in chemical production,the development of the whole chemical industry will be promoted to a large extent.The caprolactam preparation unit is a large energy consumption,which needs a large amount of steam and cooling water.At the same time,a large amount of reaction heat generated in the preparation of caprolactam is not utilized and a large amount of cooling water is taken away,resulting in a double waste of heat and cold capacity.In the process of designing caprolactam preparation process,an energy-saving way of comprehensive utilization of reaction heat in caprolactam preparation was designed,hoping to provide reference and help for the development of chemical industry in the future.
