摘　　要：由于化工行业的特殊性,不仅需要对原材料做严格控制,还需要对企业员工做严密的保护,在保证产品质量的基础上,保证企业人员的人身安全。文章阐述了化工工艺的特点,分析了化工管理中实际存在的各种问题,并提出了具体的完善措施。Due to the particularity of chemical industry,it is necessary not only to strictly control the raw materials,but also to protect the employees of enterprises,and to ensure the personal safety of enterprise personnel on the basis of ensuring the quality of products.This paper expounds the characteristics of chemical process,analyzes the actual problems in chemical management,and puts forward concrete improvement measures.
